Our difference is the personal experience we give to everyone. We clearly explain your lease to you... in person so we are able to answer all your questions. We do inspections to keep our homes in good condition. We make repairs in a timely manner to keep our tenants happy and healthy.

Kingman has been here a long time. Founded in 1882 as a railroad town, it has been and remains an important supply chain hub. With Interstate 40 and the BNSF rail line, the city of Kingman offers a fast growing manufacturing and distribution economy. We have one of the longest stretches of "Old Route 66" running through town. Old Town Kingman has a lot to offer... from Antique shopping to restaurants. Located in the heart of Mohave County, Kingman is forty-five minutes from Colorado River fun, ninety minutes from Las Vegas entertainment and two hours from the cool weather of Flagstaff.
